| Question : Does Leone Industries make green or amber bottles? |
| Answer : Leone Industries specializes in clear glass containers for the food industry and as such has chosen not to produce green or amber products. |

| Question : What is a gross? And why do glass container companies bill in gross? |
| Answer : A gross is 144 of something. The glass industry has traditionally billed in gross units based on packaging items in units of a dozen. So there are 6 two-dozen cases in a gross and 12 one-dozen cases in a gross and 24 half-dozen cases in a gross and so on. Your billing can also show the price per case if you wish. |

| Question : If my glass order is shipped on pallets, can the pallets be returned for credit? |
| Answer : Only bulk pallets and their reusable tier sheets and top frames are returnable for credit. The return freight is the responsibility of the customer. |

| Question : Do you apply different coatings to the outside of the glass to aid line performance? |
Answer : We purchase and apply two different styles of coatings.
For dry food packing lines which have fairly low contact we would recommend an oleic acid type of coating. It is very easy to label.
For wet and harsher packaging environments, we would recommend a poly-style of coating. This type of coating will remain in place despite water and some amount of stress. It does, however, require special glues. Please check with your glue supplier for the proper glue for your labeler and containers. |

| Question : How do I place my order? Can I order over the internet? |
| Answer : Once you are an established customer (just call 856-455-2001), you may place orders by phone, by fax or through this web site. Just relay your preference to your Leone Industries representative and they will take care of it. |

| Question : What types of caps will I need? |
| Answer : Your representative can walk you through the different closure systems that work with each of the containers you are thinking of using. Your choice of the three main closure types - C/T(continuous twist), Lug style and drop ring style closures - may be determined by the product you will be packaging. |
